The C.A.L.M. Program: Conquering Anxiety & Learning Mindfulness
Life can be turbulent, stressful, and ever-changing. This is why it is important that teens have the tools and one-on-one support they need to navigate emotional ups-and-downs. In conjunction with or independent of counseling, Catherine links arms with students ages 12 to 18 as an Anxiety Coach and Mindfulness Mentor, meeting them where they are as they navigate the struggles of adolescence.

Catherine Kozanecki, Counseling Intern
Catherine currently acts as a New Client Coordinator and counseling intern for Jana Briggs Counseling LLC & Associates and is pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health through Colorado Christian University. She has a heart for children, adolescents and young adults, and she recognizes the many roadblocks that teenagers can face during their junior high and high school years. As an Anxiety Coach and Mindfulness Mentor, Catherine partners with students struggling with a wide array of problems with the goal of offering compassion and individualized support as they walk towards balance, mindfulness, peace, and a greater sense of calm.
