CALM:
Life can be turbulent, stressful, and ever-changing. This is why it is important that teens have the tools and one-on-one support they need to navigate emotional ups-and-downs. In conjunction with or independent of counseling, Catherine links arms with students ages 12 to 18 as an Anxiety Coach and Mindfulness Mentor, meeting them where they are as they navigate the struggles of adolescence.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy:
A 30 min. supportive one-on-one session for clients to learn and practice mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance skills. All materials provided.
