WHAT IS DBT?
Life can be turbulent, stressful, and ever-changing. This is why it is important that women have the tools they need to navigate emotional ups-and-downs. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) helps to promote balance by focusing on regulating emotions, coping with stress in healthy ways, living in the moment, and improving relationships.
